Kitwe and Ndola sit in Zambia's Copperbelt — mining and industrial cities with a dense base of ancillary suppliers keeping the operations going, most of them working on long-standing relationships rather than search. Lusaka, the capital, is a different kind of market: a growing retail and services economy, a lot of it still running on a Facebook page instead of a real website.
There's no EcomWeb office in Lusaka, Kitwe, Ndola, or anywhere else in Zambia — every project runs remotely, and $150 (₹5,000 in India) is the real starting price no matter which of the three you're in.

- Do you have an office in Zambia?
- No — nothing in-person anywhere. Zambian clients get the same remote process as every market we work in: video call, approved design, async updates through the build.
- Can you build for a business outside Lusaka, Kitwe, or Ndola?
- Yes. Those three have dedicated pages because of where most inbound interest has come from; pricing and process are the same anywhere else in the country.
